Coaching
You may have across the term “Life Coach” or "Wellbeing Coach" and wondered what it is all about.... The concept is based on the understanding that it is natural for all of us to have areas in our lives where we may feel stuck, whether that is in our personal relationships, in our careers, in our purpose or in how we relate to others and to ourselves.
Feeling stuck in some parts of our life can have profound effects in other areas and overtime you can begin to feel unwell, overwhelmed, lost and stressed with symptoms of anxiety that pull you away from your optimum health and wellbeing and from living your best life.
Wellbeing Coaching can support different people in a number of ways. It can help parents and people working in corporate environments, where the pace and expectations can be all consuming with little room for themselves and for their families, and may be experiencing stress.
It can benefit public sector professionals, such as social workers, nurses, teachers and the police who are making potentially life changing decisions and are often subject to high levels of stress, deriving from the nature of the work, and may feel hampered by working conditions, lack of resources and affected by working with people in crisis or at times of illness and distress.

Through wellbeing coaching we explore areas in your life where you want to see the changes you want. We can look at the impact of the job role on you as a professional or work on personal elements helping you to understand and focus on your personal development. In the main, wellbeing coaching will help you become consciously aware of the stressors in your life, realise your ability to create change and motivate you to use tools and techniques and develop a plan for change to work towards, helping you to thrive and not just survive!
